I want to discuss a particular type of energy healing session in the aura that helps a person strenghen their ability to love.
When a person comes for a private heart awakening session, we are often working on key issues around their ability to love and be loved. This could relate to a specific personal relationship, a family member, or life in general. The key to this type of healing lies in helping a person surrender the ego’s will to the divine will so that true discernment can occur through the heart. This can be very complex in many people. Pent up unresolved emotions often overlay a person’s natural inate desire to love and be loved. We are extra careful here that the will to love and be loved is in balance. We are not looking for the type of love that simply feeds the narcissistic sense of ego. The excess of need for love as well as a complete withdrawal could in themselves be signs that narcissistic patterns need to be dissolved and the natural harmony of divine love brought back into proper perspective. Thus a key point of discernment in a session lies between a person’s true heart and soul desire for love versus an unhealthy ” narcissistic need for love.” that needs to be surrendered.
The loss of a natural abiliy to love and be loved could, in part, be because of physical toxins or the yet to be learned spiritual practices and disciplines that just make life tick. Discipline is mandatory for any spiritual aspirant, and so are the tools required for energy balance. All things said, energy work is exceptionally useful as it can help dissolves life’s deepest fears from the subtle bodies. Especially around love.
Let’s look at a basic heart awakening session as it relates to that will to love and be loved. In this example a woman came in for a session who felt she could no longer stay in a relationship and needed some help to get her heart into a proper perspective. Higher soul level viewpoints can be deeply buried under many layers of confusion and negativity. In her case she needed some major deprogramming of her energy field to help clear the chaos that she felt around discernment in love. What she wanted was to choose love’s will from her heart and soul’s desires rather than the programming from her upbringing.
On the table, as a heartawakener, I clairvoyantly looked at the pure natural soul essence of her real authentic self. This part of her, being “love itself” contained the natural expressions that we were looking for. Her natural soul essence could be seen, felt, touched and linked into. It was tangible energy in her field. It was trapped – through the accumulation of suppressed thoughts and feeling and unable to express itself in a manner that was true to her heart and soul’s desires. Sadly, as was the case in this woman, she could not access her own soul’s desires. In direct opposition to the soul’s inate drive to love, the energy field revealed the many ways in which the personality has buried and reversed that natural impulse to love and be loved. Hence the soul was in crisis.
As an awakener I gently passed my ” helping hands” through the field and gradually began dissolve the patterns that resisted her natural soul evolution. Each of these patterns were very deeply buried. I found that there were 3 major areas in her auric field that combined together to create an accumulation of her ego’s resistance to her true self expression of love. I started with the first area. It was above the head where the stagnation of energy had blocked her awareness of how to relate from a place of higher understanding. Another place was the front of the throat chakra. Here, many layers of repressed thought and feeling caused a lot of neck pain and an inner dialogue that continuously ran against herself. The rear heart area also had many weak areas showing that her will to love was in need of strenghening. By working on these one after the other, I gradually dissolved the build up of stagnant energetic information until more and more of her pure essence could shine through. This allowed a reconnection with her higher will through the crown, a renewed ability to express more through the throat and the will to love returned as the rear heart chakra was strenghened. Many of the old patterns of programming and resistance dissolved. A vast weight lifted off her energy and she was able to find what her real heart needed to say to herself and the boyfriend. She got her heart back!
