Sometimes people don’t understand why they decided to come for a Heart Awakening session. It is a prompting from Spirit that brings you to a session, rather than anything you know or don’t know about Heart Awakening. The impulse from Spirit that guides you to ask for a session contains a prompting to be receptive. Not knowing why you came, helps to avoid preconceived ideas that might prevent you from being completely open to the adventure of the session and making the most of it. The way to approach the work is just to know it exists and, when the timing is right, you’ll know you are ready for your Heart Awakening. ~Raoult
